Warehouse II

Order Selectors pick product using pick to voice technology. Carefully organizes items on pallets to ensure they are safe and secure. Performs loading, housekeeping, maintenance and other assigned tasks. 

  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
  • Able to lift 100 lbs. on an as-needed basis.
  • Able to work Sunday - Friday schedule (5:00 pm start time; until job is finished).
  • Able to work in varied temperature work environment - cooler & freezer exposure.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, a plus.
  • Previous forklift certification, a plus.
  • Sufficient English language skills to match selection labels with case markings.
  • Find Experience working with pick to voice technology, a plus

Sanitation Worker

FLSA:  Non-Exempt

Department: 

Reports to: 

Subordinates:  none 

Overall Responsibilities (expected results): To clean and sanitize assigned areas in the proper manner as defined by Kuna’s SSOPs and manufacturer approved guidelines.  Ensuring cleanliness physically and microbial.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Cleanliness and Sanitation of assigned areas
  • Proper Organization of equipment and cleaning supplies
  • Know how to use clean up equipment and the proper sanitation procedures
  • Removal of Trash, recyclables and cardboard
  • Cleanliness of Floors and drains
  • Cleanliness, neatness, and organization of Chemical room
  • Proper Labeling of Chemicals
  • Familiarity of MSDS / GHS
  • Proper Chemical Usage in accordance with manufacturer, USDA and OSHA guidlines
  • Know proper safety procedures in case of chemical mishap
  • Cleanliness of locker rooms, hallways, break rooms, and bathrooms.  To include: striping, waxing, and buffing floors; cleaning and sanitizing toilets and urinals; emptying trash, neatness, cleaning carpet, and restocking paper towels and toilet paper
  • Ability to work as a Team in order to effectively and efficiently accomplish goals
  • To report incidents of broken or damaged equipment
  • To report missing equipment
  • Responsible for equipment that is missing during sanitation
  • To verify proper cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas

Qualifications:

Training:  Safety, GHS / HCS sheets, proper use of chemicals, USDA requirements of sanitation

Skills: 

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Maintain HACCP / PCQI requirements as it relates to USDA / FDA

Environmental Working Conditions and Occupational Hazards:

Must have vision in both eyes correctable to 20/20, must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, and to be able to withstand temperature fluctuations from below zero degrees up to 105 degrees F for cleanup mode in processing room, or outside.

Work with Industrial equipment, Knives, Saws, Grinders, Moving Machinery, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic.
